Wakeboarding! That’s what I found myself doing with a client this weekend believe it or not – and in the south of England of all places. He was an enthusiast and insisted I give it a go. Tell me, what other job than one of the escorts in London would result in you ending up gulping water at least five times within the space of an hour and smiling every time you emerged from the water? I couldn’t complain obviously as he was my client and he was keen for me to have fun too. It’s just his idea of fun and mine are diametrically opposed. But then, what is the point of this life if you’re not willing to give things a go and try out new experiences?
Anyway in case you’ve not had the er, pleasure, wakeboarding turns out to be a rather cruel combination of snowboarding and water skiing. Who came up with the idea? God only knows – ask him (my client).
Still, it got better after the adrenalin rush of an afternoon. A lovely, romantic candlelit dinner in a sweet little seafood restaurant certainly made up for it afterwards. Well, lobster has always been my favourite main course and I don’t mind being finger-fed cherries dipped in champagne either afterwards. Not one little bit.
The journey back to London wasn’t too bad either, considering it was by speed boat. Luckily I’m not the sort to get seasick at the drop of a captain’s hat. And I did manage to bring back the odd fresh lobster or two as well, courtesy of Mr Seafarer.
That’s the thing I love about my job as one of the London escorts. I never know where I’m going to end up one weekend to the next. I know for some people that wouldn’t be a plus point but for me it’s what gives life that extra bit of excitement. Who knows I may even find myself wild camping in September (let’s hope it’s in a heated sleeping bag and there’s a bottle of two of champagne nearby to take the edge off.
