I know you shouldn’t gossip about dates that go wrong but I can’t resist telling you about a funny thing that happened to me this week.
I was invited out by a rather handsome man in his 40s who was a big fan of London escort agencies. He was tall, with greying hair and a very good suit. We went to a popular restaurant in Mayfair that my London escort agency had recommended and spent an hour or so enjoying good food and very flirty conversation. In fact our conversation heated up so much that I couldn’t wait to get the bill and leave. Knowing that we’d soon be on our way I thought it was best to freshen up my makeup, and so I excused myself and found the powder room. On my way back through the bar area I saw my date had moved to his own booth, taken off his suit jacket and seemed to be talking with a man he knew well. It seemed odd that he would move from our table but I never like to assume in these situations so I simply walked over and introduced myself to his friend, then bent over and whispered something in his ear so saucy that I saw his cheeks go pink. I told him I’d meet him at the bar and then went and ordered a drink while he finished his conversation.
10 minutes later he reappeared and asked me where I’d been and what I was doing sitting at the bar? I told him that I’d been waiting for him to finish his conversation, just like I’d said.
“What conversation?” he asked.
Before I could answer I heard a voice behind us say,
“Ah, well this explains a lot!”
I turned around to be faced with a very handsome, laughing twin brother. Of course I couldn’t hide my embarrassment; I’d whispered some incredible things in this stranger’s ear. But thankfully my date quickly realised what had happened and found the whole thing quite funny. He and his brother exchanged pleasantries and soon I was on the phone to my London escort agency, asking if any of my friends were free for a double date!
